Looking for a recruiter, with full cycle recruiting experience- to attract, screen, select and onboard qualified candidates.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy-includes offline as well as online.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications as per requirement.
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, LinkedIn, Facebook etc
- Conduct interview using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skill, soft skills, etc
- Onboard new employees
- Provide analytical and well-documented reports to Management
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationship during the selection process
- Promote the company's reputation as "best place to work"
- Manage recruitment Team
- Familiarity with HR databases

- Strong decision-making skills
